Spring-loaded connector pins

Spring-loaded connector pins are mainly used to connect camera lenses and batteries.
They function as module connectors and built-in battery chargers in wearable terminals, which have gained attraction in recent years.

We manufacture spring-loaded connector pins with our FINECS original cold heading machines. Plunger pins (pogo pins) and spring-loaded connector pins are often manufactured by cutting. However, this process causes a lot of metal chips. In contrast, Cold heading enables a metal chip free manufacturing, combined with a faster processing and cost reduction.
