Two types of primary coating are available: copper and nickel primary coatings.
More detailed description
Because tinned parts have excellent solder wetting characteristics, corrosion resistance, and electric conductivity, they are used as crimp-style terminals and connector terminals for various electronic components. Due to RoHS regulations, tinning, a process that does not include the use of lead, has become a focus of attention as a replacement for solder plating. In order to suppress the generation of whiskers, we perform a reflow process after the plating.
