PGA Pins (Terminals for CPUs)
A terminal to electrically connect the CPU package substrate to a socket on the motherboard. With the largest share of the world market, this is one of FINECS's staple products. The use of a specialized turning machine with a high-speed spindle enables stable, high-volume production. We also have extensive experience in component side design. What is PGA Pins ?
An abbreviation for Pin Grid Array. It consists of pins arranged in a grid pattern like a bed of nails, allowing easy replacement via a socket. Commonly used for CPU packages in notebook PCs and servers.
