PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDsubstrate
FINECS terminal and pin products for circuit boards combine precision structures with exceptional processing accuracy to meet the demands of high-density mounting and high reliability in electronic circuit boards.
Leveraging cold forging and composite processing technologies, we offer a wide range of specifications tailored to board designs, including insertion, press-fit, and surface mounting. Our products deliver outstanding electrical performance and durability, along with excellent solderability and plating reliability.
From consumer electronics to communication devices and automotive ECU boards, FINECS precision components are integrated into advanced circuit boards across diverse industries.
Global Leader in PGA Terminals
FINECS has achieved the world’s top market share in PGA terminals, which electrically connect CPU package boards to motherboard sockets. We also supply ultra-miniature terminals for semiconductors, such as copper pillars (Cu Pillars) with diameters below 0.1 mm. Combined with Rivet pins (pin holders), these enable press-fit connections.
Press-Fit Connections with Rivet Pins (Pin Holders)
Rivet pins are used in combination with terminals to enable press-fit connections on boards that cannot be drilled. They are primarily applied in power semiconductor boards, such as IGBT modules and SiC modules.
