Plated bandolier pins
Continuous plating is applied to pins inserted into a carrier (band) formed by continuous press working. Applicable to bandolier terminals of square-wire, round-wire, press-fit type, etc.

Partial plating is also possible; e.g., gold plating for the tips of one side, and tinning for the other side. Nickel plating is applied as the primary plating, and it is also possible to apply a partial reflow process to the tinned section in order to suppress the generation of whiskers.
Lead-free plating processes are employed to perform environmentally-friendly plating.
