Precise Alignment
Terminals are mounted on a carrier band and supplied on reels, ensuring precise alignment. We offer band dimensions tailored to connector housing pitches, enabling an increased number of pins to be inserted simultaneously during assembly. This contributes to improved takt time on production lines. Compared to press terminals, bandolier terminals also offer significant reductions in initial die costs and allow plating on all four sides of the terminal.
