We have declared the"Ikubosu Declaration" to create a work environment where both men and women can balance work and family life, and we will improve working styles through the following efforts.

1. We will support the balance between work and private life.
2. Create an open organization where employees can easily ask for advice on various matters.
3. We will improve productivity by increasing work efficiency, and strive to reduce overtime work.
   ・We will create opportunities for employees to participate in club activities, hobbies, and volunteer activities in the community, with the goal of having one day a week when employees can leave the office at their regular working hours (no overtime day).
4. Create a work environment that facilitates the use of annual paid leave. We will establish birthday leave, and managers themselves will take the initiative in taking this leave.

Our company has been certified as a "Healthy Company" under the "Health Declaration" project implemented by the Ishikawa Federation of Health Insurance Associations. A "healthy company" is one that considers the health management of its employees from a managerial perspective and engages in it strategically.
We will continue to make active efforts to maintain and promote the health of our employees throughout the company.

2. We will comply with laws and regulations.
3. We will conduct periodic health checkups and ensure that 100% of our employees receive health checkups. (We will provide health checkup data upon request.)
4. Establish a person in charge of health promotion.
5. We will identify employee health issues and consider necessary measures.
6. We will build a basic foundation for the implementation of health management.
7. We will work to promote the mental and physical health of our employees.

We have been certified as a "Corporation with Excellent Health Management 2025" by the Health Investment Working Group of the Next-Generation Healthcare Industry Council of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The "Excellent Corporation for Health Management" system recognizes large corporations, small and medium-sized companies, and other corporations that practice particularly excellent health management, based on their efforts to address local health issues and the health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council. We will continue to make active efforts to maintain and promote the health of our employees throughout the company.
