Through the implementation of a quality management system (QMS), the FINECS Group endeavors to consistently provide customers with products and services that meet their needs and manufacture deeply satisfying products.
Based on our motto of "superior parts come from superior machines," we aim to achieve an in-process defect rate of zero for all products by ensuring that our automated machinery design, manufacturing technology, process design and production system are optimal in order to provide our customers with peace of mind and satisfaction. Moreover, depending on the product, our camera- and sensor-based automated inspection system ensures that our thorough QMS does not allow defective goods to make their way outside the plant even if a defect were to occur.

Quality Initiatives
To achieve production with ZERO in-process defects
While producing hundreds of millions of units of each product type per year, FINECS aims to achieve ZERO in-process defects for all our products so that we can gain customer trust and satisfaction.
We have established a comprehensive quality control system for the prevention of defects, where, depending on the product type, strict visual inspection is performed as well as the use of automatic inspection systems equipped with image recognition cameras or other sensors, thus preventing any defective products from leaving the factory.
Reliable analysis
With the recent trend towards nanoelectronics, the required level of quality is becoming increasingly strict with regard to such aspects as materials, surface condition, and the overall quality of the products.
In view of these quality control aspects, and of environment management, we at FINECS have introduced state-of-the-art analytical equipment to enhance our analysis ability, so that the FINECS Group can provide products that our customers can use confidently.
Quality Control System
FINECS has introduced various analyzers to maintain stable quality at all times. Our analytical capabilities and high quality are highly evaluated by our customers. Using basic quality control methods, we are constantly improving our analytical and analytical capabilities to make optimal proposals based on data.
